Returns & Refunds policy
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and including any certificates. If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
It is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks. You have a legal obligation to keep the Products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
For artworks that arrived damaged, I ask for a photo of the damage to be provided.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Italy, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as commissions), and artworks on sale.
I will notify you once I’ve received your return to proceed with a refund. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
